The best job in the world has to be fun for you. It has to interest you, and keep you satisfied. You should want to have your job, that is, it shouldn't be a chore. This list of best jobs probably pertains more towards men, but maybe not.

10. Sci-Fi/Fantasy writer

Sci-Fi/Fantasy writer would is the best job because I love the Sci-Fi/Fantasy genre. Also it requires a way out there imagination, and anyone who knows me has seen firsthand how imaginative i can be. Also it has relatively low stress levels. Along with low stress levels comes a rather low income.

9. Software Engineer

Apparently I'm not the only one who thinks that this would be a good job. Careercast.com rates it the number one job for 2011. It was ranked number 1 for it's low stress levels, good work environment, great hiring outlook. and a good salary of $84,140. This would be a good job for anyone with a strong computer history.

A film producer is a film engineer that works for a percentage of the profits of the project he is working on. It is one of the coolest jobs you could ever get. The pay is on a very large scale ranging from $26,000- $200,000. it is one of the coolest jobs because you get to work with computers, use your imagination, and get paid to do it.

This job has the lowest amount of stress of any of the jobs mentioned so far. Traffic engineers get to interact with the public that uses their engineered crosswalks, bridges, and subway rails. I think this would be a fun job, if you are a people person.

This job would be great for anyone who likes computers, and trying to find ways to make things more secure. In this job you would make plans to make your computer files more secure, and make sure that the drives were stable.

A general surgeon is a doctor that specializes in invasive treatment of many illness'. This would be a good job not only because you get paid extremely well, $412,000, but because you can also make such a huge impact in so many peoples lives.

1.Astronaut

This would be the coolest job anyone could possibly ever have. Who else gets to go into outer space, who else gets to go to the moon. Although the job would be great, the training is enormous, and barely anyone actually gets to become one. This is a grueling job, but you would get the satisfaction of having gone to outer space.
